After supplier problems delayed aircraft completions, Boeing has formed a new aerospace company with automotive seat giant Adient. The new venture, Adient Aerospace, will make seats to be installed on new Boeing airplanes and for retrofit projects to upgrade older jets made by Boeing, Airbus and other commercial airplane manufacturers.
